4.4 This does not affect liability for culpable loss of life, physical injury or health impairment; this also applies to liability under the Product Liability Act. If ABC Design has given a guarantee, its liability is governed by the terms of that guarantee and the statutory provisions.

ABC Design is responsible for the content of its own Internet pages in accordance with general legislation. A distinction must be made between this own content and cross-references (‘links’) to content provided by other providers. Through the cross-reference, ABC Design provides ‘third-party content’ for use. However, ABC Design does not adopt these accessible third-party sites as its own and is not responsible for their content.

7.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Use and all legal relations between ABC Design and yourself are subject to German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
