The cosy, softly lined and pleasantly warm ABC Design newborn footmuff reliably protects your baby from cold, wind and light rain from birth. You can use it flexibly in everyday baby life, as it can be combined with your infant car seat and the carrycot of your Stroller as a footmuff or used as a warming insert or underlay.
Even if the temperatures in winter are sometimes icy, you should always do without a winter jacket and the like in the car in favour of safety. This is the only way to ensure that the belt system fits snugly against the body without any slack and that the protective effect is guaranteed. Keep your little ones warm and safe in the car with the newborn footmuff. This has integrated slots for the belt guide, making it easy to attach without the hassle of threading and is fastened using the securing straps once the seat belt has been fastened.
The two zips at the front make the footmuff easy to open, unfold and use as a soft insert or changing mat. In addition to its versatile use, opening the footmuff also makes it easier for you to put your child in and take them out. It also allows you to react easily and flexibly to temperature differences, e.g. during the transition period. You can also protect your baby from the cold in the infant car seat on the way to the car, but then open the footmuff in the warmer car.
A cosy hood with a practical mummy function protects your baby's particularly sensitive head from the cold and draughts. It can be pulled together and individually adjusted using an elasticated band. The cord of the hood is safely stowed away in a small integrated pocket.
The materials are free from harmful substances, easy to care for and offer your baby protection and comfort in equal measure. The soft outer fabrics are robust and impress with their wind and moisture repellent properties, keeping your baby reliably warm and dry in wet and cold winter weather, even in sub-zero temperatures. The inside is made of cosy soft fleece, so your baby will feel completely comfortable and snug.
Practical: The foot area of the footmuff can be opened separately and to prevent the newborn footmuff from slipping, it is also coated with an anti-slip material on the back.

Uncomplicated cleaning and care
The materials of the newborn footmuff are all easy to care for and simple for you to clean. Light soiling can be wiped off with a damp cloth. For regular cleaning, we recommend hand washing at 30°.
