Returns

Do you wish to return products you ordered on abc-design.de? No problem – you can return your order to us within 30 days.
Returns within Germany are free of charge for you if you use the returns label we provide.
For orders outside Germany, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Which items can you return?

• Items ordered from our webshop (www.abc-design.de)
• The items must be complete (with all accessories and instructions), in their original packaging and in their original condition
• If your order includes a gift or promotional item, these must also be returned

How does the return process work?

• If you have not created a customer account, simply click on the following link:
  https://www.abc-design.de/en/ruecksendung
  Here you can create a return by entering your order number and your email address.

• As a registered user, you can easily create a return in your customer account. To do so, go to your account and click on "Orders". There you will find the "Return" button under the respective order you wish to return.

• Note: Please note that a separate return must be created for each product that you have received in a separate package. This means that if you have received several items in different packages and wish to return them, you will need a separate return for each item. Only one return label will be created for each return.

• If you need a returns label but you don't have one, please contact us at service@abc-design.de and provide your order number. We will then send you a returns label.
